Once your order has been processed, the product will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Due to Covid-19, shipping times may be longer than usual. To ensure packages arrive in time for the holidays, start your shopping early!
1) For standard domestic orders, please allow 3-7 business days for your delivery.
For express domestic orders, please allow 1-3 business days.
2) For international orders, please allow up to 10-14 business days for your delivery.
Be aware that these orders may take longer due to customs or other shipping delays that are out of our control.
3) For local pick up within Edmonton, you will be contacted shortly after purchase with detailed pick up information. Local pick up is located in the West End, and is always free!
Our main goal is for all customers to be satisfied with every garment that is purchased.
In the rare occasion you are not ‘stoked’ with your order, feel free to request a return
or exchange by contacting us via firstname.lastname@example.org with the details and order number within 15 days of purchase. We will respond with our return address information within 1-2 business days, and will dispatch an exchange order within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned items.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return and can take up to 10 business days to be reapplied to your method of payment.
Please note that returns and exchanges will not be issued if the garment(s) have been
altered or washed. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, return shipping fees are provided by the customer.
